Peacock Hill is a mountain view-point which is situated near the Pussellawa town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka just 16 kilometers from the Villa. It stands at a height of approximately 1518 m and provides amazing panoramic views of the surroundingPiduruthalagala, Ambuluwawa, Bible Rock, Gampola Town, Nawalapitiya Town, and mighty Kotmale reservoir.

A traveller would have a wonderful time hiking up the hill especially as the mist sets in and is suitable for short excursionsand picnics while staying at Floating Mountain Villa.
